Reservation Deposit 


A 50% deposit is required to secure the travel trailer rental, as well as a valid driver’s license and the insurance information for the towing vehicle. The remainder of the balance is payable 30 days prior to pick-up through credit card during the rental pickup. Reservations will not be held without the reservation deposit.


Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation deposit (50% of full trip cost) is non-refundable

  • If the renter has paid in full and the booking is canceled more than 14 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the full rental amount (minus fees) is issued

  • If canceled and the renter has only paid the reservation deposit, no refund is issued

  • If canceled less than 14 days prior to booking start date, no refund is issued


Insurance


Drivers must be 25 years of age or older. Each trailer is fully insured at no additional charge to the renter. The renter is responsible for any damages during your rental period. If an insurance claim must be file, the renter is responsible for the insurance deductible of $1,000.


Security Deposit


A refundable $500 damage deposit is required 2 days prior to pick-up.  The deposit is to be paid prior to or upon pickup or delivery and is completely refundable if the unit is returned in the condition it was rented. If there are damages, the deposit will be held until the damages have been assessed and quote given on repair costs. The damage deposit can be refunded by the method it was paid. Please allow 3-5 business days for the owner to begin the refund process. Please be aware it may take 7-10 business days for the credit card processing company to refund the deposit back to the card.


RV Pickup

 
Each rental pickup or delivery is scheduled between the Owner and Renter. Once your reservation is complete the Renter will receive the contact information for the owner. Please allow 1- 1 ½ hour for pickup; we will do a thorough walk-through, explain all the working systems and trailer hook up.  Each trailer includes a how-to manual and we are always available by phone for any additional help through the duration of your trip. All travel trailers are typically equipped with 20 or 30 lb. propane tanks. Propane cost is included in the rental. Awnings are not to be used when winds are above 10 mph. Damage to awnings is the full responsibility of the renter. All towing equipment is included in the trailer. Your vehicle will need to be equipped with a Class III or Class IV receiver and a 7 way round connector. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is trailer ready, including any necessary adapters. Please contact us for assistance in determining the towing capacity of your vehicle.

RV Drop off

 We ask that you return the unit in the same condition as when you pick up.

If it needs cleaning upon return.  a minimum of $50 will be charged and $25 succeding hours of cleaning needed. Emptying of waste tanks will be $50.  SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON ALL CAMPERS and violation of the rule will forfeit the entire security deposit.

Violations/Tolls

You are responsible for paying all parking or driving violations. You are responsible for reporting all accidents. Tolls incurred by vehicles will be billed within 14 days of return to the credit card on file, plus a $15 service charge. 

Generator charges

Portable generator availability is available for  $30 for 8 hours per day use. Please contact us for an exact quote. 

Deliveries

Delivery is available. The charge is $4.00 per mile, one way minimum of $100. Texas Motor Speedway is $200. Delivery rates include delivery, setup, take down and pick up. Freshwater tanks may be filled for free upon request and final emptying of waste tanks is included.
